This was one of those paintings that just *worked.* It's one of my two favorites from the series.

Part of my goal for the series was to integrate 3 additional colors into my palette. Doubling your primaries means adding infinite color possibilities. It's no small task and absolutely why I wanted it as one of my main goals.

This painting took advantage of that new quin red and it was so much fun to use the color swatches to see how the pink changed as I added more or less white to the main mixture.
